Apprenticeship for the Modern Workplace
Graduate with Experience. Not Just a Degree.
Too many college graduates leave with little workplace experience and no clear direction for what's next.
ProDev changes that.
Beginning in your first year, you'll work alongside Nashville businesses and nonprofits, building professional skills while exploring a career path that fits your gifts and calling. You'll receive mentorship, meaningful responsibility, and real-world experience before graduation—not after.
Participation in ProDev also qualifies eligible students for our largest scholarship, along with hourly wages, making a Nashville Bible College education one of the most affordable accredited Christian college experiences in the country.

Why ProDev?
Higher education is changing. While a college degree remains valuable, employers increasingly look for graduates who can communicate well, solve problems, work on teams, and adapt in professional environments. Research consistently shows that students who combine classroom learning with meaningful workplace experience are better prepared for the workforce.
ProDev was created to bridge that gap. Through paid apprenticeships integrated with a biblical education, students graduate with both the knowledge gained in the classroom and the practical experience employers value.
